Today I was pretty tired and actually felt weak! This is by far much harder than I thought it would be for me. Yesterday seemed easier as far as cravings…. Today I am craving everything! Meat especially. I think it’s because I just recently started to taper off my meat intake so my body is in total shock! I have lost 4 pounds but I really think it’s because I’m drinking lots of water and it’s flushing me out.
I had a green smoothie for breakfast which was very filling….. Then we went to the grocery store and that was hard b/c it was around lunch time and I was hungry!!! When we got home, I made some fresh guacamole with jimaca fries to dip with and I was stuffed! Later on that day I had a banana cut up with lemon juice and it hit the spot. I had bought some almond butter today so that was a huge life saver for dinner! I have a headache now but I think it’s sinuses.

Did you get any hemp seeds? It sounds like you are not getting enough protein. Especially if your body is used to getting meat on a regular basis. 2 tab hemp seeds are 11 grams of protein. Pu them in your green smoothies, and anything else.
