Raw Challenge

Are frozen berries okay? I bought a bunch of blueberries a while ago and through them in the freezer. I used them in my smoothie this am but then started wondering if its okay to use frozen?

As I was making lunch, I got the idea.. we should all take pictures of what we are eating. I think it will make us more honest, and showothers we are not sitting around eating bird seed. So, I will load my picture of my lunch asap!

I think everyday we each need to start a post about how we are feeling that day. We can come back to it and edit to add more as the day goes on. Anything you notice, from bodily feelings, emotions, weight, anything… add it to your daily blog.
