		<description>I agree on sticking together I'm not sure what my goal is 3-4 cooked meals sound good. I do want to stick to the vegetarian way though.

		<description>Did you get any hemp seeds? It sounds like you are not getting enough protein. Especially if your body is used to getting meat on a regular basis. 2 tab hemp seeds are 11 grams of protein. Pu them in your green smoothies, and anything else.
